Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut's Temple...

We couldn't take photos in the Valley of the Kings but we were able to visit four tombs (Rames IV, Ramses IX, Tutankhamun and Menempatah). All were incredible. Hatshepsut's Temple was also stunning. Hatshepsut, the female pharaoh who reigned for 22 years, was despised by her step son Thutmoses III. He tried to deface her statues and carved images when he assumed the throne after her demise.
