Edfu, Ko Mombo and Philae Temples...

Three more temples rounded out our excursions before we traveled to Abu Simbel. All three were spectacular. The temple to Horus at Edfu was detailed and moody; Ko Mombo was dedicated to two duelling gods (also brothers) and featured mummified crocodiles and gorgeous late afternoon sunlight; Philae in Aswan was beautiful with its Greek columns and water all around.
