A lovely neighborhood coffee shop...

When we lived in Korea, one thing we all loved was visiting neighborhood coffee shops. They were beautifully and whimsically decorated, often with a theme (one coffee shop might have a distinctive floral motif, while another showcased cascades of artificial fruit and matching wallpaper, and yet another might be decorated in rustic crates and neutral colours). Our favourite was Noriter in O-Jung Dong, just beside TCIS, partly because of its quirky atmosphere and partly because it served delicious fair trade coffee. A perfect combination. Now, in Jinquiao, we've found a Korean-style coffee shop that matches the best of those we loved in Korea. Decorated in a Bohemian thrift-shop chic style, there are chandeliers everywhere, and in every colour, and the funkiest details everywhere you look. We can't wait to take the girls here at Christmas. The coffee is good, too!
