Cusco, the historic cultural hub of Peru and the old Inca capital, is an amazing city. Cobblestone streets, gorgeous cathedrals built atop Inca ruins, unbelievable food (including alpaca steaks and roasted guinea pig) and wonderful people. Amazing.
