Here are some shots of street food in our neighbourhood... fish waffles filled with a sweet red bean paste, deep-fried shrimp and vegetable patties, kim bab (rice, egg, ham and radish rolled in seaweed wrappers, kind of like California rolls). Very yummy.

Wow, that is a lot to catch up on. What a great experience for you and your girls! I was talking with a lady one day at Cosmic Charlies in Peterborough. She has dreamed of traveling or teaching in Asia, but feels her dreams are gone now that she has a son. I told her about people like you and what you are doing with your family. Who knows, maybe Cosmic Charlies will close some day so she can follow her dream.
