Quick trip to Italy for work and a bit of fun

For all its challenges, international teaching offers one exceptional bonus: Professional Development in interesting places. The two of us attended a Creativity Workshop series in Florence, Italy this year. On our one day before the program's start, we dashed away to Panzano to see if we could find Italy's most famous butcher, Dario Cecchini. In the hours following our workshop, we explored the lovely city of Florence, often with our longtime friend Linda.
